This has become one of my favorite books to pick up for a quick break during the day. The history of colors, especially those that were once very fashionable, is fascinating. Each color is given about two pages with broad margins printed with examples of the color. I often pick it up and open it at random. As a fiber artist, I find it a great source of inspiration for my work. It was on my wish list for a long time and I am glad I finally bought it.
